How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for most products, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that certain items like masks or boxers may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

How should I care for my Urban Monkey apparel?
To maintain the quality of your gear, we recommend cold machine washing inside out with like colors. Avoid bleaching, tumble drying, or ironing directly on prints and embroidery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
